  • The learner will be able to recognize the differences between an allergic reaction and anaphylaxis.
  • The learner will recall the basic pathophysiology of an allergy. 
  • The learner will be able to interpret patient symptoms of an allergic reaction and apply a treatment plan. 
  • The learner will be able to list the cascade of events that occurs in anaphylaxis. 
  • The learner will be able to successfully complete the written evaluation tool based on knowledge gained within the lecture content to successfully achieve 70% passing or greater.
