Once the patient has been decontaminated assess for Airway, Breathing & Circulation Remember the CAB's if the patient is unresponsive Determine length of exposure to chemicals Manage immediate threats to Airway, Breathing and Circulation Positive pressure ventilation with high concentration of oxygen  Ensure the presence, rate, rhythm and quality of the ABC’s Ensure ALS/Paramedics have been dispatched if not initially completed Share the Glory or Spread the Blame!
