- Red Battery / Low Battery
- Red Heart Low Flow Hazard Alarm
- Pump flow <2.5 liters per minute
- Both power cables are disconnected
- Percutaneous lead disconnected from System Controller
- Pump has stopped or is not operating correctly
Note the green light is lit indicating power to the System Controller; however, the broken red heart is illuminated indicating a Hazard Alarm.
