| What Things Went Well
As a result of the implementation of the ICS system, many things went well in this case study.
- The Massachusetts-Task Force 1 USAR team was deployed rapidly out of Beverly, MA
- Power was restored quickly
- Debris was removed in quick order
- Most communities were able to effectively disseminate information to the public [12]
