- Asians
- 29.9 down to 22.4 per 100,000 persons
- Blacks or African Americans
- 11.7 down to 7.0 per 100,000 persons
- Naive Hawaiians and other Pacific Islanders
- 16.2 down to 20.8 per 100,000 persons
- Hispanic or Latinos
- 10.3 down to 6.5 per 100,000 persons
- Whites
- 1.4 down to 0.9 per 100,000 persons[6]
