Paramedic Standing Orders
Apply cardiac monitor and, if feasible, 12-Lead ECG. Manage dysrhythmias per protocol. If obvious narcotic overdose:
- Naloxone 0.4-2.0 mg IV Push or IM, SC or Nasal via atomizer. Additional Naloxone (0.4-2.0 mg) may be administered as necessary.
- Thiamine 100 mg IV or IM [30]
