Within one minute uticaria develops across the patient’s chest and neck and audible wheezing is present. After the patient was secured and scene was safe a rapid decontamination was performed. Initial vital signs reveal a blood pressure of 80/50, heart rate of 120 beats per minute and respiratory rate of 32 with continuous non-productive coughing. What are your initial actions?
