Management of ACS for the BLS Provider

Left Main Coronary Artery (LMCA)
The LMCA bifurcates within a few centimeters of the origin to create the left anterior descending artery (LAD) and the left circumflex artery (LCX). The LAD proceeds down the heart between the two ventricles. The LCX travels around the side of the heart, between the left atrium and the left ventricle.
