| It can be argued that much of CAD comes from evolution’s poor design of the heart. The heart is a vital organ delivering oxygenated blood to the entire body, but it only has 3 major vessels providing its blood supply! A better design would have at least three times that number of vessels so that a blockage in one would not cause such devastating consequences.
