Pediatric SARS patients should be cared for using the same body substance isolation (BSI) precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE) as adult patients.  For example, frequent hand hygiene, gloves, N-95 mask, eye protection, surgical mask on patient and isolation room.  Clinical features such as incubation period and onset are similar to that of adults.
