Signs and symptoms of cannabis toxicity will vary as a result of their being no clear line of demarcation with the actual milligram (mg) dose. The patient may have impaired attention span, poor concentration and an altered perception of reality. More severe toxic symptoms include nausea, delirium, panic attacks, anxiety and myoclonic jerking. Marijuana toxicity may also induce psychosis with high levels of THC. [7]
