Treatment of CHS begins with supportive care. Patients may be dehydrated to the point where hospitalization is required for anti-emetic and intravenous therapy. The most effective treatment during the hyperemetic phase is the learned behavior of “Hot Bathing” where the patient will take frequent hot showers. [12]
